    Praying they release me
    I went to prison for 3 years when I was released I went to a 6 month rehab I had 1 parole and 3 probation I'm down to my last 9 months my job just promoted me and I'm transferring in6 weeks I will be in the same state are they going to just let me go?

    If you have no probation violations, your PO should not have a problem with this. A job promotion, especially one that involves a transfer, should be a very good indication of rehabilitation.

    So talk to your PO immediately.

    Hello S:

    When I was under supervision, I could move ANYWHERE within the state WITHOUT permission.. I'll bet you can too.

    Yes most probation does not require permission to move within the state, just notification before you move.

    Parole is another issue there, they normally require permission before you do anything,

    But I see no issue with this happening, You should be in the PO office in the morning to talk to them and put in written application if needed
