My dog swallowed a cooked 4 inch pork rib bone whole, what should I do?

My niece fed my Staffordshire Terrier a single 4inch cooked pork rib bone, my dog swallowed it whole. My dog Paris is 5yrs old and 60lbs.
Will she be okay?
