    A 40 year old Berko M7 thermostat stuck on. How do I fix it so it won't happen again
    I have cable heat in my ceilings and one of the Berko M7 thermostats locked in the on position until I manually turned it down from 90. I lubricated it with WD 40 to no avail. Suggestions?

    Only real fix here is to replace the thermostat with any compatible stat.
