    Take the book or photos of it (front and spine), the title page, and the verso page (back of the title page) to the reference desk at your public library. They will have rare book price guides or can get them from another library (or have pages faxed over). Have you checked this title on Alibris, Powell's, and eBay?

    What does the verso say about copyright date and other publishing info?
