    Chest pain
    I am experiencing dully achy pains in my chest across my shoulder and back, I also have flu like symptoms and weakness in limbs and feel dizzy

    That is real grab bag of ailments you have there, but unfortunately we don't diagnose here. You should be making a doctor's visit to have it looked after. A free diagnosis is never the right way to go.
