I have a dyson dc 07 and have always loved it... recently after my mom used it I am having issues with it. A very loud noise like something is caught up in the brush area... I have looked and cleaned etc. nothing.. are there bearings that might be going out. Any help would be great she is 7 years old but was still going strong until the mom got a hold of it...

You will need to take it apart to see what the problem is that is causing the noise.
