    Help for incresing height
    I am 21 years old. And I want to increase my height by 2 inch. My father is tall but mom is somewhat short (not much). Pliz can anybody help me to increase my height? Is it possible to increase my height. Pliz ans me... pliz pliz pliz..

    Do u go to gym or do stretch because a normal person have bend in his back so by stretching
    And doing things in this video The Secret To Growing Taller By 3 Inches Or More In Just 6 Weeks! - YouTube especially hanging from a bar it helped me a lot and u can do it even if your 21 :)
