    Symptoms with having flu
    Is it common while having flu, your eye to swell up and when u cough to get a nasty pain in your back through to your spine ?

    No, this sounds like signs of something more serious than just the flu.

    Do you mean around your eye, not your eye itself?
    Back pain can be a sign of pneumonia. Try a walk in clinic if you can first, and an ER second.
