My stud in my lip is to small I just got it my lip is swollen out digging onto my lip our won't unscrew and I'm trying to change it onto something longer, and I can't grip on both sides at the same time

You won't be able to get it out until the swelling goes down. Start putting a cold compress on the area until that happens. Then deal with it. The more you try to remove it, the worse it will get.
