    My ex broke up with me a year ago and we both still have feelings for each other but we tend to stop talking to each other for long pierods of time then we go back to talking about our feelings... I'm so confused.. could I be in love?

    No, since in love you would be working on it, not acting childish.

    In love would be in counseling, not ignoring the other.

    IN love is just the romantic stage.
    Love requires a lot of time together, and mutual trust, respect, and care. Being unable to get away from each other but not able to get along is not love.
    Plus - she broke up with you and now sees you just to talk? She's using you as a sounding board. I think it's time for you to move on.
