    Miscarriage
    Good day, I just want to ask if I am going for a raspa if my findings in ultrasound normal sized anteverted uterus with thickened heterogenouosly hyperrechoic endometrium. Consider retained products of conception and or blood products. Unremarkable ovaries. Negative- posterior cul de sac. The myometrical echopattern is homogenous with no intramural mass or signs of intrauterine pregnancy.

    I am not certified to read an ultrasound report, however, it does sound as though you had a miscarriage.
