    Toilet not filling
    My shutoff valve is not getting any water, I just took old toilet out put in new and took off shutoff valve still no water! What do I do? It's a pex pipe coming out of floor!

    If you replaced the angle stop, did you check to see if water was present? Could be a crimped or collapsed pipe. Are you on a slab?

    I don't know what a slab is? I have no water coming from shutoff valve

    Any chance the pex line has frozen?

    A slab means no basement. To clear things up a bit. Do you not have any water coming out of the fill tube in the tank or do you not have water co9ming out of the shut off valve beneath the tank? Or did you remove the shut off valve and not have pressure coming out of the open pex line? Back to you. Tom

My toilet takes about 3-4 for the tank to fill. It also fills about 2 inches above the water line. Once the water passes the water line it continues to fill for another 2-3 minutes. I hope someone can help.
