Unable to change date after installing new RAM
I installed a new ram stick and after booting up the computer clock read 12/2/2000 and so I went to the control panel to change and it would not let me click on the date box to change. I am the admin of the computer and have already tried system restore. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas in successfully changing the date.

    That's weird.

Change the date/time in the BIOS.
Start the PC then press the DEL and F2 button a few times.

    Hope this helps.

Maybe try the old date and time commands in command Prompt.

Open command prompt then type 'date and enter the new date followed by 'time
