    Trying to conceive
Me and my fiancé having been trying to conceive since may, we have unprotected sex and he does not pull out, and I am still not pregnant ?
I also had injuries to my right leg and at once it had got jammed up, could that have stopped me from being able to produce children ?

It's possible that you have not been trying during the proper time during the month. Do you track your ovulation using the basal body temperature method?

It takes the average healthy couple up to a year or more of actively trying before conception happens. It's also possible that he may have a problem, not you.

Maybe your body is just waiting for marriage?

Usually the early ultrasounds are the most accurate.

It could be too early to test.

You could be skipping a period.

Are you taking the tests using first morning urine.

Most tests will be negative if done before the 10th day and often up to the 14th day after you are late.

So wait about another 5 days to test.

Always test with only first urine of the morning when you wake up.

For due date or conception dates.

Give or take one to two weeks, there is no exact date it is always an estimate.
