    Cleaning and heavy objects
I was cleaning my room, and moved around my bed, lifted a few heavy boxes, I am 4 weeks 3 days pregnant, and just ready that it is important to not do any heavy lifting in my first trimester, and now I'm scared I've harmed my baby, and something could go wrong, what should I do? Did I harm the baby?

If you're not bleeding, or cramping, you're probably fine. Just be more careful in the future.
