Did you use a test light or multimeter to test for power through all under dash fuses, when the ignition switch is turned to ON? If there is not power at the fuses, even though they are not blown, the ignition switch may be bad.

Yes, the fuses are good but there's likely a problem with the ignition switch. Replace it and all of your problems may be solved.

The basic flow is positive battery terminal to under hood fuse box to ignition switch to under dash fuse box to many other circuits.

It will be some variation of this:

    1. Disconnect negative battery cable.

    2. Remove dashboard lower cover and knee bolster.

    3. Disconnect 5-P connector from under dash fuse box and 7-P connector from main wiring harness.

    4. Remove steering column covers.

    5. Insert key and turn it to "0".

    6. Remove two screws from switch and replace.

Remember, you are dealing with the switch, not the lock.

Verify on the fuses that didn't have power that they still don't have power, when the ignition switch is turned to Start. You may need a manual to tell you how to test them.
