How do you actually get a GF when you're disabled?
Most women who are not disabled, they don't have a dream to be with a disabled guy. They want a successful and nice person and strong and abled person who can walk with them, travel with them, or do activities.
So, if you are a mentally disabled guy, how do you find a Girlfriend and Wife?
And by mentaly disabled I mean like with brain damage or something.
I'm a person in his 30s and never had a girlfriend yet

"Brain damage or something" is a very broad range. Would you like to narrow it down a little bit please?

Are you mentally disabled? If so, has it been diagnosed by a doctor or is it just how you think about yourself?
There are clubs and support groups and social organizations (with parties and dances and trips and movie outings) for people with all kinds of disabilities so they can meet each other. I'm married to a man with autism and have friends married to men who are in wheelchairs, use a cane, are not able to live a "normal" life because of physical or mental problems.

Traumatic brain damage. Have problems with speech/thinking/maturity/memory.
Sound like a kid. And can't understand adult topics. Writing is OK but "ON THE SPOT" thinking can't come up with mature talk or responses. Thus don't have a career and have never had one.
That's what I meant.
Most girls around 30 are mature , talkative and want a guy who will "engage" them.

I know men who are paralyzed from neck down, that find girlfriends, I know those with one leg that marry, I know some so fat and ugly that a dog will not play with them, that find girlfriends and wives.
It is a matter of getting out, meeting people and making friends.

Don't let yourself down or think like that. There is someone special out there for everyone! Stop looking and dwelling on it. The right person will come along and you will know it. Concentrate on yourself for now. What are your plans for your future, your career, etc. focus on what you want out of life and things that make you happy. Try going to social places (excluding bars). Good, clean places such as the mall or church. Those are good places to start.
