    Herpes is a condition and includes vaginal itching, vaginal discharge, tiredness and you misinterpreted 'risen', risen means skin slightly swollen areas and red. Especially around your pubic area. If you think you may have herpes go to your doctor immediately, it is a serious STD.

    Google herpes to read all symptoms.
