I have a abortion of 6weeks6days fetus by cytotec .I take 2tab first than normal bleeding starts still now than I take 4tabs 1by1 after each4 hour.I do the same thing aftr 1day as my doc prescribed me.then the next , 4th day my doc do ultrasound .which shows
Endometrial thickness is13.6mm
No RPOCS seen
No utrine mass seen
Rite ovary 3.2 cm multyply 1.8cm
Left ovary 3.7multyply 2.3cm
No free fluidseen in culdesac
Is this shows complete abortion ?

No, can't give you an answer to this question; if your own doctor prescribed abortion pills, then he has to be the one to tell you the ongoing treatment; he took the ultrasound and should have told you when to expect the outcome and what to look for when evacuation started.

You will still have to have curetage after for a complete clean out of your uterus. Ask your doctor when in doubt about a procedure such as this. Coming on a question and answer forum is not the right way to handle this situation.
