I have an Appolo Water Heater in a Condo and it has the extra two out lets on the side for the centeral heating and air with built in Re-circ pump. Now my question is knowing its Christmas Eve nothing is open that will accomidate that water heater and my customers are desperate to have heat and warm water for x-mas can I use a regular water heater and use the t&p valve and add a tee on cold line or use the drain on water heater??

Most likely the heating and domestic water are using separate heat exchangers, so you can't use a standard water heater, as it would make for a cross connection, contaminating the domestic hot water. Trying to use a standard water heater and relocating the t&p would jeapordize both safety and health of the occupants. Not a chance you should be willing to Take. If you really want to get them through Christmas, install the standard water heater for the domestic hot water, and get them enough electric heaters to keep them warm till you can get the correct water heater/boiler.
