"I took alka-seltzer cold a couple days ago, but yesterday and today severe stomach cramps. Vomited several times noticing very high acid levels. What can I do to either vomit out the rest or neutralize the acid to stop the cramps???"

Alka-seltzer isn't acidic... its just the opposite. It's a base and it neutralizes stomach acid..

And after even half a day... its not in your stomach any longer..
