    My wife is taking prometh with codeine cough syrup and she is very confused, is this
    My wife has lung cancer and is heavily medicated, she takes lorcet, xanax, and other meds, she has recenctly started taking prometh with codeine cough syrup and is now very confused, is this normal?

    I've been prescribed it for a cough before. It made me very dizzy and confused. Let the doctor know.

    Medication affects everyone differently. You should call her doctor immediately or your local hospital er. It's always better to be safe than sorry! Good luck and hope she feels better soon!
