        I am jumpng rope with an invisible rope for exercize. 
 
In my opinion, I think it is better to do it with an invisible rope because, I miss less jumps, so I feel I am exercizing more efficiently  because I am mot stopping as much. 
 
What is your opinion on that?  Is it better to exercize with a rope or without a rope; or it dosen't matter? 
 
Any info will be appreciated.
