    Spot bleeding 3 weeks with negative pregnancy test
    Just recently gained about 15lbs over the past 3 months after taking myself off suboxone due to losing my health insurance. I have had unprotected sex a few times over the past 3 months too. I haven't had a "real" period in years due to my past drug addiction(I'm clean now for almost 2 years) I was due for my last depo shot (birth control) in September but was unable to get it. I ended up with shingles I'm guessing from withdrawals and stress of having to get off suboxone so unexpectedly. I had a slight "period" for maybe 2-3 days very light in September and October and then another slightly spot like period on and off for about 5 days. Had unprotected sex again and about 3 weeks later I have been spot bleeding red very light and mainly only when I wipe but this has last for just over 3 weeks now. I just took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Could this be a cyst? Or does it sound like pregnancy? Or maybe just my body being confused with all of the sudden changes? I don't have health insurance anymore either.

    Giving a diagnosis online is impossible.

    Pregnancy is possible, so is a cyst or cancer, so is your body adjusting and rebelling because of what it's gone through. Many other possible diagnosis, too many to list.

    Bottom line, we can guess, we can't diagnose, and a guess could end up killing you if it's wrong, which is why we don't diagnose on this site, or even guess.

    You'll need to see a doctor about this.
