    Hi, I just got a check from an old employer who said he missed a deposit of mine 12/2008 of $200.00 when he cashed out my 401k in 4/2009. My questions is shouldn't they owe more than what I just deposited back in 2008, they have had this money in there 401k account until 12/2012.
