    What is a third party citation notice
    I have a judement against me and the creditor is trying to take my kids saving account money to satisfy this judgement. I am listed on this account. He is listed on a adverse hearing and citation

    If you are listed as an Owner on the account, then its fair game. You would have to prove to the court that the money was from your son's earnings and that you are listed only because he is a minor.
