Hi my mate and I had sex about nine weeks ago I have had both of my periods but they were both short at the same time I was having my period I was taking a laxative called Polyethylene Glycol 3350 a dissolvable substance taken by the mouth which gave me bad gas. I was taking it on my first period and that was short and I took it on my second period that was short.. When my mate and I had sex he didn't release himself at all and we used a condom could there be a possibility I could be pregnant because I recently took the medicine and now I feel nausea is it the medicine or beginning of morning sickness.

I recently took the medicine a couple of days and that's when nausea began... Are you a doctor could this medicine make my period short

No the medication should not effect period. But many factors can, and some periods are just shorter, some late, it is rare for them to be always exact and always same number of days.

Also stress, health issues, the health issues for medication may be the cause more so than medication.
