    I've actually seen several people handcuffed and taken to jail to serve a one year sentence directly from the courtroom.

    Seriously. In the State of VA. more than a few times.

    What was the crime you did to be on probation?
    How long is the current probation?
    Where is this at, country and if US what state?
    Why did you get caught, was there an accident?
