    What could it be
    The last week I been having light head pressure that also goes around my nose, eyes and cheeks and I get a numbing sensation on the top front of my head

    It could be anything from sinus issues to? We can't diagnose here. If you want to know why this is occurring, see a doctor.

    If I don't have runny nose could it still be a sinus infection?

    It's possible it could still be a sinus infection, but only your doctor can tell you that.
