    Nordyne furnace troubleshooting
    Our Nordyne Furnace model C38A036CB is not blowing warm air. It is VERY COLD HERE and we NEED HELP! Is there a reset button or a way to reboot it? We are not in a position to pay a home repairman and are worried about the danger of doing something we aren't sure how to check out.

    We have turned it up, down and off with no avail.

    PLEASE HELP SOON

    It seems this model number you provided is for the outside section. Do you have the model number for the unit inside?

    NO, it is my daughter's in Kansas City... she called her dad in Washington for help, and they have no computer,
    Is there a safe way for them to open and get it... I read electrocuation warnings on troubleshooting sites and it scared me.

    The model number is on the inside unit. Most of the time it is on a sticker located on the outside of the unit. Front,left,right sides I do not know which side it is on but without it no one can give you much info. Also is it gas,oil or electric furnace?
