    Hampton bay fan remote
The remote for our Hampton Bay fan does not have reverse. How do I reverse the direction of the fan? Do I have to reverse the wiring at the switch?

Usually, there is a small switch mounted on the outside of the motor housing. Check and see if the switch is there.

Also, look up the fan's electrical specs on the web and verify that your fan is bi-directional.
