    Very painful periods alternating months?
Hi I'm 28 years old. I have horribly painful periods everyother month. The pain is on my lower rt side. My blood flow is very light during the painful period then the next month, normal flow and no pain. After 6 years of complaining doc did laparoscopic procedure and found a "signifigant" amount of endometriosis. I was told that the procedure would give me some relief but like clockwork the pain was back 2mo later. The pain is worse than childbirth. It gets so bad that I go numb, vomit and pass out at times. Please help! Could it be my ovary or a hormonal imbalance that is causing it?
