    Poor heat, Jeep Liberty 2004
    Heat warn on low fan speed.
    New Thermostat,coolant level good,temp gage at cener, Turn fan to med.the air turns cool. No leaks.Any ideas

    The heater core or heater hoses may be clogged and not flowing sufficient heated coolant. Try disconnecting and flushing first.

Over the past 3 days, I've noticed that when I have the heat on in my 2004 Jeep Liberty, it blows cold air. It seems like when I'm on the highway and have the RPM's up, it blows warm air. Once back on the side roads or idling, it starts blowing cold air again.

The heat will not come through the ducts until the engine revs above idle only cold air. I noticed the coolant was low so I filled to the line and it worked the heat comes on during idle. After 3 days it stops working during idle and I noticed the coolant level was low again. I see no white smoke...
