"Answer my math questions now". I don't think so.
We don't do homework on this site, it's stated in the rules, and it's posted on every homework forum on this site. So you first. Do the work, show your work, and we'll let you know if you're wrong or right, but this is your homework, which means you have to do it, not us.

I'm sure that he/she expects instant help and gratification from everyone in his/her life. Such is the nature of the beast. :(

As I tell my students, "Patience is a virtue."

Not to excuse her, but I'm guessing the title of her question was her search phrase for finding this site.

1. Put the problem into numerical form.
2. Change the mixed numbers to improper fractions.
3. Cancel/reduce where you can.
4. Solve.

You're right, it's not an excuse, as there's a very red very clear sticky explaining the rules of this site, not to mention the very rules that he/she agreed to when he/she joined, that he/she should have read before posting.
Not even close to an excuse, and frankly, I for one am getting tired of it.

If it was indeed her search phrase, she had had no chance yet to read the rules. Titles cannot be changed once they have been made, and if her search phrase landed as a title, she was stuck with it. I wait until I know the OP is rude and demanding in subsequent posts, and don't judge based on the title (or I would be hating an awful lot of OPs right now since I spend a good part of my day rephrasing titles to be more informative and appealing).

Are you saying that the OP put in a search phrase, was led to this site, bypassed the sign up process, and the rules, and her post was up before any of the usual criteria?
I didn't realize you could post without signing up, which would include a list of the rules, which you have to agree to before posting.
If that's the case, then boy, we're going backwards. Wish I'd have known about this.

No, I'm saying her search phrase became the title of her question which she can ask before registering. If she had started on a mobile device, she didn't have to register immediately. The mobile device addition has changed the complexion of this site.

I logged out. I came at this like a newbie. I asked a question and gave it a title. (I did not search for the site first. I was already here. :)) I was given blanks to fill in for a user name and password plus then had to agree to this before I could join --
