I had missed my period for 14 days. During those 14 days, I've been vomiting, having bad headaches, stomach pains, sleeping and urinating a lot more than I usually would. Also, for 3 days of those 14 days, I've had some spotting (browinish-red discharge) which was very different for me. Believe me, for a second I thought that was my period, but it wasn't very long and there was barely anything on my liner. Today, 12/12/12, would've been my 15th day of missing my period, but I woke up this morning with really bad back and stomach pains. I ran to the bathroom and there's blood that looked to me as if it could be my period. It's weird because just yesterday, I was again, having brownish-red discharge when I wiped after using the restroom. Not to mention, I took 6 pregnancy test. 3 positive (faint lines) 3 negative. I'm not too sure what to think of this. I've heard a few times that it is possible for a woman to have her period and still be pregnant. If anyone can help me, please. I really need some answers.

No, it's not at all possible for a woman to have a period while pregnant. Bleeding that's mistaken for a period, yes. But an actual period, no.

If you've had 3 positive pregnancy tests, then congrats, you're pregnant. A false positive, much less three, is extremely rare.

But the bleeding is a concern. You need to see your doctor. Any bleeding during pregnancy should be addressed by a doctor.
