But she has horrible dry skin n now is losing hair n making herself bleed.. But if she has a shirt on she don't itch as much.. Not sure what 2 do past this point.. Any suggestions?

This is something you really should discuss with your vet. If this is a chronic issue then the vet needs to get to the bottom of it, find what's causing it, and then treat it. Any remedy we give you, if we could, would be a temporary fix.
I do have to ask. Did the vet recommend the monthly baths for flea control? Bathing a dog every month will cause dry itchy skin, and the itching can cause hair loss. Dogs should not be bathed more than 2 times a year. Every month is excessive, especially for a short haired breed like a pitbull. If this is vet recommended, the vet should also have prescribed something to help with the inevitable dry skin and itchiness that are inevitable with monthly bathing.

No after we got her we treated the flee problem and then took her to the vet and they were gone.. We bath her maybe once every 2 months because she is an inside dog and like 2 roll in mud and is dirty.. We use hydrocorizon spray on her.. I don't want 2 take her to the vet if I don't have 2 but she is so dry and loosin patches and making herself bleed..

Why is she getting flea medicine every month? I would have dry skin and itching too if that happened to me.
She may be allergic to that or something else, like the shampoo or soap or whatever you use to clean her.

You're going to have to take her to the vet about this, there's no way for us to know what's going on, or what's causing this. Your dog is in pain, and bleeding. The only option is the vet.

When we took her to the vet the 1st time the vet lookd at her past records and she had a flea problem and skin problem before we rescued her.. I told her I had put the flea meds on her from walmart and we do it every month 2 make sire they stay away.. N she said she looks a lot better than her las vet report and I should keep doing what I'm doing..

You can always try giving her fish oil. One pill a day keeps some itchiness away.
Fish oil will also help strengthen the skin against airborne allergies. It's a natural anti inflammatory. I use it on my own pittie who itches herself raw. She's 90% better... Colorado is just overly dry right now.
Seeing as how your dog is a big dog, you can purchase the human grade fish oil. You should see a change in 2 weeks and the dry skin, flakes and redness should be gone within 6 weeks.

And... I wash my dogs ever 2 weeks... I use an oatmeal shampoo. I try and stick with the more "natural" oatmeal formulas. It helps with dry, irritated skin, and allows me to bath my dogs more often.
Also... Any type of flea medication purchased at Walmart is crap. Get the stuff from your vet. It's more potent and should only be applied once a month to ensure the cycle has been broken as far as fleas go. Not only that, but her bed, your yard and places she lays in your home, should be fumigated either professionally or with over the counter flea spray. If you don't kill where the fleas live and breed, you'll always have this problem.
Also, it's either flea/tick shampoo once a month, or the topical flea meds... NOT both. And flea collars do not work.
