How to replace flooring under tub, toilet, wall in Mobile
I have major damage to flooring under the tub, toilet that goes under a wall into bedroom. It looks like it may continue out to the siding. I am not sure what all is needed to replace floor or what all I have to remove to do this job. Also how do I figure out what type of material to replace with. Renting this mobile and have never worked on one. Also the valve to shut off water under toilet seems to be bad - are these pipes and valves all the same as in regular houses? Any help is greatly appreciated as elderly hospice patient in house - need to be able to complete quickly. Thanks so much

Ya got the right guy, Back in the 70's I put in quite a few years as a line plumber in mobile home factories,
You're focusing on the floor when the leak should have all of your attention. Before you start anything you have to locate and repair what's been leaking, Once you have the plumbing under control you can fret about the floors and yes. Plumb ing in a trailer is then same as house plumbing. When you locate the leak click on back and we'll help you fix it. Good luck. Tom
