    Hair color
    I want to color my whole hesd red.. but can I do hi lites too if I colr my whole heard red first?

    Best to talk to a hair dresser about this. Red is not an easy color to cover up, and adding highlights after you dye, could give you bad results. A hair dresser can add the highlights and color the hair, without doing both separately and ruining the look.
