    Could I be pregnant?
    Had a cycle 11-26-28 now after 7 days later I'm spotting with a pinkish discharge for 2 days now. A long with cramps off and on with low back pain and headaches and at one point nausea.

    There's no way to diagnose over the internet, not even for a doctor.

    If this is a concern, see your doctor.
