    Why is there oil on my spark plugs of my 1995 Honda Civic? And how do we fix this?
    We have a 1995 Honda Civic automatic. There is oil on the spark plugs. Why is this?
    And how can we fix this problem?

    Remove the valve cover and replace the four spark plug tube seals on the bottom of the cover. Coat the seals with oil, prior to reinstalling the valve cover.
