    Having period like cramps since last few hours, I'm 33 weeks pregnant... what could it be? Something serious?
    What should I do? Maybe braxton hicks? How to be sure?

    There's really no way for anyone online to be able to tell you what's going on. Any time you're concerned about a symptom during pregnancy, the best bet is your OBGYN.
