Drank 4 beers starting 8pm-11pm tested at 9am the following morning, will I pass? 25 years 190lbs.

Depends of the standard they set but alcohol will show on the test. Why are you being tested?

Likely that you'll fail but then again, you already knew that and didn't care all that much I assume.

On drug court for measly marijuana shake I had in my pocket, there is supposed to be no drinking and if I pass this program I get the charges expunged, if not the usual standard 1 year probation.

I'm not the one trying to beat probation, you are. And I gave you a factual answer... you will probably fail. If you're so worried about failing, try following the rules while you're on probation.

"ETOH is a test that looks to see if there is any ethanol actually present in the system at the time of analysis. These are cheaper and usually accurate only if alcohol has been ingested within a few hours. "

That being said... you will most likely pass. One alcohol beverage leaves your system in one hour. That being said you are safe.

It is the EtG test that will catch you. So hopefully they didn't use that one. That can test up to 80 hours. If you have that class for awhile, it'll pay off to stay sober. Probation is NOT fun and they will make sure that you don't drink...

Sorry you have to go through this crap. The court system is lame. I know because I'm in it. :P Almost done though.

The judge said they do a 5 day back test for it but I think it's a scare tactic.. I called and checked the lab doing it and they have no panel for ETG or the metabolite. All it says is Alcohol ETOH.

ETOH is not a test but rather the scientific term for alcohol. Alcohol may be digested or metabolized in an hour but it is not "out of your system" that's who ETG can detect it for 80 hours. This is not a very reliable test.
