    Question about drugs.
I recently got pulled over for a missing headlight which I did not get a ticket for, however I had three others in the car and the officer smelled weed in the vehicle. So someone I know got in trouble for having less than a gram of marijuana, however he also had pills I did not know about in my glove compartment, they were checked and did not turn out to be scheduled, cop handed them back to us, said it was still illegal to be carrying them around in the bag like this but he would let it slide, took our friend and let the rest of us go. Do the rest of our records get any blemishes or anything at all because we were in the same vehicle with all this or because we own the vehicle? Or is there nothing to worry about if we didn't get charged with anything on the day of? Please don't judge me but the reason I ask is because I've been incredibly paranoid, I drive around with weed sometimes as well as have it in my home, and I don't know when to expect anyone to come to look for it or check on me, do I have a reason to think they'll want to come for me? I've never been in any trouble before, I don't hurt anyone, I just like to relax.

I also forgot to add that the cop asked us all if we smoked or when the last time we smoked was, I replied with not really and told him maybe two weeks ago, he didn't seem to care.

As long as you do illegal activities, there is a chance you will be found out or reported. Is "relaxing" important enough to risk getting caught?

Does the officer know your name? (Did he look at your ID?)

Would your friend who was taken away be willing to rat on you in order to lower his sentence?

Yes, it really is, and I know there's always a risk but I don't do it blatantly or irresponsibly. I just mean do they have some sort of extra eye on me just because I was there I mean, yes he did but didn't really tell me anything at all, and no he wouldn't.

    Hello t:

As long as you weren't arrested and/or ticketed that night, you have nothing to worry about.
