    Hello, {name removed} I am 19 years old and I have shiny shins, cold and flat feet. Can you tell me what I could possibly have and if it is serious. Thank you.

    Flat feet you are born with, but shiny skin on the lower legs with cold feet is a sign of poor circulation to the legs. The CAUSES of the poor circulation, especially in someone so young, is only something a doctor can help you find out. Anything from poor diet to heart defect.
