Kenmore ultra wash dishwasher stopped during cycle no lights

My kenmore ultra wash dishwasher stopped during cycle. There are no lights lite on panel. What can I do?

The clean light is flashing, which manual says indicates a heating system problem. When a mode is selected, lights work,after start button is pushed,start light flashes 3 times,then after 15 seconds, all lights shut off,eccept for clean light which keeps flashing in 7 flash intervals. Any ideas?

I got a kenmore ultra wash quiet guard deluxe dishwasher for Christmas. My husband installed it and it seems like it is stuck in the wash cycle. It ran for an hour and a half and it never drained, so we finally shut it off. Any suggestions?
