My girlfriend of 4 years broke up with me because she couldn't put up with my temper any longer... this happened about a month ago... when I tried to reason with her, she said she needed time and space to clear her head and think about it... I know its kind of true... my temper ruined my relationship... I still love her like crazy but she says she doesn't feel the same way anymore and I don't believe her... she's saying that just to push me away... also, this is a long distance relationship... please help... I want her back... I've realised my mistakes and am working towards them... want to keep her the happiest girl ever and not give her another chance to complain... I believe her, even if you don't. Love really does fade when someone can't control their temper for that much time. She says she 'needs space' because that's the nice thing people say in the face of argument. She's over you, sorry. You had 4 long years to do right by her, and waited until it was too late. Work on changing now, in everyday life, for the next woman. We all experience anger; what matters is how we handle it. Letting it all out isn't just selfish. It destroys relationships with everyone.
