Had unprotected on October 6. My partner claimed to not have finished. Me being worried took plan b pill 48 hours later. Showed no symptoms right away. Got was I assumed was a period October 24-27, lighter then usual and a few days early. 6 days later started cramping really badly as if I had got my period. Symptoms went away but felt a little off. I assumed it was ovulation, I'm not sure. November 18-20th bleed again, what I assumed was my period again, yet early and light. Ever since then I have had the following symptoms: light headiness/dizziness, nausea, bloated, loss of appetite, abdominal pain,feeling full, frequent urination, frequent need to urinate, increased gas, chills, fatigue, and feeling faint. Took pregnancy test on Wednesday night and came out (-). Sudden pain on left side cause irritability and sleeplessness as well as slight vaginal discharge. Do I have a possibility of being pregnant? Ectopic pregnancy? Ovarian cancer? Please answer promtly. Your responses are greatly appreciated!

There's really absolutely no way to even give you a guess about what's going on over the internet. I hope you can understand that. Even if there was a doctor on this site, there's no way he/she could give a diagnosis based on what you've written. He/she would need you, your body, your blood, etc. etc. to give a diagnosis.

It's time to see a doctor. Pregnancy is possible, a test taken in the evening is less accurate, pregnancy tests should be taken with first morning urine for accuracy. But, the pain and everything else, well, you need a doctor for that.
