    Sex offender visitation right in state of Oklahoma
    I live in Oklahoma and I would like to know the following : if a man/woman is convicted and must register a sex offender, part of his probation/parole is to not be alone around children... Can he still get joint custody of his own SMALL children?

    Depends on the nature and level of his sexual offense. But he is likely to be restricted to supervised visits at the most.
