Zeeland Furniture Co. Dresser.

I have a Zeeland Furniture Co. Dresser. On the back it's stamped "Birdseye". On a Label it details it was made for W.S.Cox. The only think I can find on Zeeland Furniture Co is that they closed their doors 1907?
