    Period 4 days late... please help.
    Okay, so I am 4 days late for my period(as of today) but I have had really bad cramps since the day I was supposed to have my period. Also I play tennis and we just recently started a workout that consists of a lot of running/sit-ups/push-ups etc. the day before my period was to arrive. My breasts are really sensitive and I don't feel pregnant. My boyfriend and I have been careful and check our condoms after since I am not on the pill yet. This happened earlier in September after going to tennis after having the summer off with not a lot of vigorous activity.

    I don't know how you think we can help; take a pregnancy test using first morning urine, or go to your doctor. After all, this is the end of November and you are talking about September.

    4 days is not really "late" many women are a week off here and there, and being early and late a few days, may be your NORM>

    But in a week, if no period, try a pregnancy test, using the urine first thing when you wake up.
